Empowering Persons with Disabilities
Through Sewing Training

In addition to creating products to fund disabled persons, we also provide sewing training to improve their lives.
The sewing training is aimed at improving the lives of persons with disabilities by teaching them basic sewing skills and setting them up to run their own businesses. This also creates new employment opportunities for them, possibly in our factory or the clothing industry at large. Ultimately, three groups of ten people each will be trained. Classes are presented twice a week at the MAPD  premises and run for six weeks per group.
